Kevin Brick
Kevin is an attorney and certified exit planner. He is the founder and president of Brick Business Law and is also a founding member of Cor Leo Advisors. Kevin is passionate about helping business owners succeed, whether in the courtroom, the boardroom or at the closing table.

Matthew Michini has worked in Financial Services for 14 years.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing from the University of Tampa and has earned several professional designations including the Certified Exit Planning Advisor®️ (CEPA®️).
Outside of work, Matthew is a devoted family man who is married to his wife Jamel and has a two-year-old daughter, Sienna, whom he loves dearly. He believes in putting family first and there is no greater gift than being able to lead and provide for his loved ones. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys supporting his favorite teams, including Penn State Football, and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Watching sports is a great way for him to unwind and spend time with family and friends.
Matthew is also passionate about giving back to the community and is active in Radiant Church, Tampa Urban Young Life, and Abide Now. He believes in the importance of making a positive impact in the lives of others and finds that volunteering is a rewarding way to do so.

A distinguished leader with years of executive corporate experience in both public and private sectors, Josh is known for his extensive global expertise in manufacturing and distribution. His extensive international business experience has led him to visit upwards of 50 countries, while actively managing and executing business endeavors in more than 90 nations across six continents, excluding only Antarctica. As a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor Josh continues to work with companies around the globe. He has launched, owned, and operated multiple strategic ventures, and brings with him a unique perspective and growth strategy to business operations, finance, marketing, and selling.
Inspired by his father, who ran a small business for over 40 years, Josh has a deep-rooted passion for small to middle-market companies. Diana is an engineering graduate of Vanderbilt University, with fifteen years of experience in the digital marketing, finance, leadership and product management fields.
